Power Blocks- 5 Wire

It would appear that 5 wire circuits are increasing in popularity. By taking off L1, L2 and L3 we can deliver 3 phase capabilities ( with the addition of the ground wire) and if we also utilize the neutral we now have the potential for circuits that will provide 4 wire 3 phase, 4 wire 125/250 single phase, 3 wire 250 volt and 3 wire 125 volt.

By careful planning, we can also designate certain circuits for specified and restricted use. For example, it is possible to have designated circuits for audio usage and other circuits for lighting circuits, thereby eliminating lighting sound feedback from the audio circuits.

Style: Three Duplex Receptacles Side-by-Side
23044 This model has u 3 duplex receptacles, side-by-side. We use 12 gauge, 5 conductor cord. We can feed L1, L2, and L3 to duplex #1, #2, and #3. This can can be very helpful when using some circuits for lighting and others for audio.
23046 This model is a feed-through- Design your own cordset. Specify how many power blocks you want and how you want them spaced. Specify the plug you want. Terminate the cordset with a 23044 or you may terminate with a connector.

14 Wire Adapters

  Style: Breakout Adapter
23070 12 gauge 14 conductor to six each 5ft long 12/3 SO

26 Wire Adapters

  Style: Stage Riggers "T-26"
23060 Twenty-six conductors of #12 gauge wire with a step-down "T" to 12/3 SO cord. You can have as many 12 "T"'s with their own individual circuits: no current carrying conductor will be used twice.
23062 Terminating Block
Design your own: (A) specify length of cords and allow 12 inches of outlet jacket to be removed at beginning of the cordset, (B) indicate where the "T"'s are to be located, (C) specify length  to the 12/3 SO drops, and (D) allow 12" for the terminating block.

Custom Adapters To YOUR Design

Our custom adapters are molded at high temperature utilizing neoprene compound. At the completion of the molding process the mold and the cable jacket are chemically bonded giving a waterproof seal. This produces the highest quality of product. All of our adapters can be manufactured to YOUR specifications. We have short turn around time for design and production.

The legs can be a varing lengths.
The branches can vary in cable size.
More than one adapter can be molded to a length of cable.
Wiring Devices and other products can be attached so that the finished part is ready to use.

We test 100% of our products to ensure that your requirements for a dependable quality part are met.
