Custom Distribution Modules
 

Below are some samples of custom products that we have built. The design usually is a cooperative effort between members of our staff and our customers. A few telephone conferences is all it takes. We usually like to report back with a ballpark cost to see if the project is somewhere within budget constaints. We then do the extra engineering to come up with a more detailed cost and time schedule.
 
Custom Module
Designed to provide 125/250 volt working power from a 480 volt 3 phase source.

-Cord Plug-In
-15KVA transformer
-6ea 20 amp 125 volt, L5-20R utility outlets
-1ea 30 amp 250 volt, L6-30R outlet
-Cart mounted with option to remove and install permanently at a later time
-This project was designed, ordered and shipped in 5 days to meet our customers demanding schedule.

 
One of our customers had to provide the complete electrical package for a fair that would occupy acres of land. Booths were to be placed along a winding road and they all needed power. Two tents were going to be erected to provide food to thousands. The tents would need lights, power for cooking appliances, fans and air conditioning.
Our customer had a limited time to setup and, after the fair was over. limited time to tear down. In addition our customer wanted all of the equipment to be designed so that it would be easy to store and set-up for future jobs.
The above picture shows just some of the equipment designed for this job. We came in on time and below budget. The design facilitated fast set-up when the space became available.
