| We have been told that there is a constant
problem of getting power from dog-houses on building roofs.
Below you will find a unit which is equipped with either standard
20 or 30 amp 250 volt twist-lock receptacles protected by breakers.
The breakers will also function as a switch to turn the current
off during non-working hours. The enclosure has a cover over the
breakers and a latch so as to lock out unauthorized persons from
using the stage; locks are not furnished.
Each unit is equipped with 10ft of power-supply cord to provide
sufficient ampacity for the receptacle(s). The outer jacket is removed
12 inches and the cord itself is 10ft long so as to get the unit
outside the dog-house. The enclosure is rated 3R.
Type 3R enclosures protect against entrance of water from a beating
rain suitable for general outdoor application not requiring sleet-proof. |

| As of now, we know of no law that mandates GFI on the
250 volt receptacle. However, we have established catalog numbers
for GFI protected units. |
